That time of year again. crunching numbers. it's the absolute worst. receipts buried in your car seats, old faded ones that you can barely read. I guess that's typical this time of year. I started using Expensify. It’s a fairly simple program to use. I can tell you one thing. No more faded receipts.

Every year I always start by starting to organize everything. Cleaning out all of my gear, getting rid of the old, bringing in new. It's a cycle, and it's a pain. I never seem to keep it all straight. Suppose there could be a software that does it the same way as my invoices. But nope! maybe Elon is right; we are a program. That would be fantastic! Because that means my stuff is not really all that dirty, and we live in the matrix.. Which would be insane.. I hope you're doing something you love!
Anyway- So I use to have this issue with my invoices and proposals as well. Then a year ago ai started using this program called Invoice Ninja. Now, what Is awesome about it - it's free! Like forever FREE! The program allowed me to invoice all my clients, write proposals, keep tabs on outstanding invoices and kept it all straight and easy for my accountant. All for nothing, which is insane! Granted, I have to admit, I now pay for the pro version just because I started to expand in other areas. But it's still cheap comparatively for what it does—100 bucks a year cheap.
This is my tip for the week to start the new year. If you are looking for a sweet free program to track your invoices. I swear by Invoice Ninja. Give it a try. It's free forever. Worth checking out for sure.
